Hopefully we can help you answer any questions you have. You won't get a call centre or be stuck in a queue; the calls are directed to our homes so we are available at any time. We can also offer you the opportunity to arrange a meeting where you can look through our extensive nappy library (a selection of all of the different nappy types and accessories). Parents find this very helpful as they have a chance to feel the nappies and have a play about with different fastenings so they can decide which is best suited to them.
There are lots of different styles and it can be overwhelming, but it is great to see first hand what is on the market and can quite often be all it takes to make that final step towards cloth.
