Accessories: Wrap

Wraps are the waterproof outer which covers the nappy to prevent leaks. They no longer have to be plastic pants, but come in many different fabrics and designs. PUL or polyurethane laminate, is a totally breathable and water proof fabric and very soft next to your babies skin. Wool is a bit more expensive but still very breathable and soft. Fleece is also an option and although not 100% waterproof it is soft and gentle on baby.

They come in different colours and patterns and fasten with adjustable poppers or applix (like Velcro) for a snug fit. Most wraps can be washed with your nappies and they are very quick to air dry.

Tumble drying is not recommended as it could effect the life span of the wrap.
